Mr Richards received his
undergraduate degree from
the University of Michigan
and is a 1974 graduate of the university
of California Hastings
College of Law in San Francisco. He
has practiced law in California
and Michigan.

Mr. DeWitt received his undergraduate
degree from the University of
Michigan and is a 1984 graduate if the Detroit College
of Law.
He is also a licensed real
estate broker.
